I'm a pro drummer, teacher and also a hypnotherapist and NLP master practitioner and I can personally say that I wouldn't be where I am today with my drumming career if it weren't for all the understanding I've attained about the power of my unconscious mind. This is not just for athleates anymore. Talk to ANYONE at the top of their chosen field and tell me they dont get this stuff. It's the key to achieving what you what - how you want it and of course how you maintain it. Visualisation and other mind techniques you can easily acquire these days are absolutely ESENTIAL today. It's not an option anymore... It's a MUST for attaining success in any area of your life!
