BANG! The Drum School (www.bangthedrumschool.com) announced today that drummer Mickey Vershbow had been promoted to Studio Manager.
Mark Feldman, BANG! The Drum School’s founder, said: “Mickey is a talented drummer as well as a gifted instructor. It is with great pleasure that I announce her promotion to Studio Manager. In her new role, Mickey will help me by managing much of the day-to-day business of our drum studios, including scheduling, sales and building the systems that will allow us to continue our growth.”
BANG! The Drum School, founded in 2009, is located at 584 Eighth Avenue in NYC. The school was created with funds from the sale of Neil Peart’s famed “Chromey” drum kit, which BANG’s founder won in Modern Drummer’s 1988 drum solo contest.
