I really like the sound of drums going low to high.
The lick I’m offering to you today is an example of that. It’s a new one and I’m pretty certain it’s going into my current notebook of “permanent” vocabulary (yes, I have a notebook like that…You can read more about that here: Your Notebook of Unique Drumming Vocabulary is Crucial)
There’s not that much else to tell about this other than that it’s based on 16th note triplets in groups of four and it mixes hands and feet. You already know it goes from low to high.
