BANG! has a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge you for lessons that are cancelled if we are not given such notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to those do not show up for lessons or cancel at the last minute. There are no refunds for group class registration fees. Group class spots are non-transferrable; once you sign up for a class you can not move to a different class. There are no make-ups for missed group classes. There are no refunds for lesson packages. There are no refunds for gift certificates purchased under any circumstances. However, gift certificates have no expiration date, so take them when you’re ready!
